Is there a difference between vegan and vegetarian mode in TableFits?

Yes. Vegetarian mode excludes meat and fish but allows dairy and eggs. Vegan mode excludes all animal products, including dairy, eggs, honey, and gelatin. Both modes are available in Household settings and apply to every meal suggestion once set.

Does a vegan meal plan cover enough protein?

TableFits includes a wide range of protein-rich plant-based recipes — lentils, chickpeas, beans, tofu, tempeh, quinoa, and seeds. The weekly plan is built to balance macronutrients across meals. If you want to emphasize protein, use the high-protein goal alongside the vegan filter.
